Many people know that certain sports are harder than others “some sports are difficult by default.”says WSEH.info, however, the question is, what are the hardest things to do in popular sports? why are they so hard to master? Guyer has a large program for many beloved sports. Basketball is one of Guyers admired sports, many ask, what is the hardest thing to do in basketball?
“The hardest thing to do in a basketball game is shoot the basketball,” Head Coach, Grant Long said. Basketball is also one of the many sports that demands precision and practice.” It takes many hours of fundamental practice and repetition to gain muscle memory.” Long said. For many to become famous and iconic in their sport, they need to be the best, they need to learn the impossible The question is who can do this? ” Tucker Mitchell, Silas Rodriguez, and Mason are the best shooters on our Guyer Basketball team ” Long said. Another massive program that Denton Independent School District has, is their football program. Football is the heart of Guyer. Their football teams are ranked 28th in the state, how do they accomplish this?
“It takes a full team effort to achieve a shutout, making it very difficult. Together, the team has to play a nearly perfect game defensively, and they have to have to do it for the entire match.” Assistant Coach Keith said. Those who make it to the top, often play very demanding positions that often take a lot on the body. How do they do it and who are these football icons?
“Most people may know Tom Brady and Luke Kuechly, former NFL players. Listening to them talk about how they practice, and how they take care of their body, it is hard to put in the time to constantly take care of your body, onsite watching films and breaking down points and constant practice at which a high level do it better than a lot of other people, which is why they were successful in their career.” Coach Luna Austin said.
Every sport has its hardships, challenges, and tears. “Sports demand the most from athletes who compete in it.” said Katie Barnes from ESPN. All sports are different in their own ways, that’s what makes it a sport.
